How is hour-meter billing done?
On Premium, record the hour-meter reading at the start and end of each working day or period. The app works out the hours, applies the hourly rate, and turns them into invoice lines. With the contracts & sites add-on, monthly minimums and who pays diesel and the operator are applied from the contract.
How do I stop hour disputes with customers?
Log sheets per billing period list the days and hours of each machine at the customer’s site. The customer reviews and signs them in the customer portal before you raise the invoice, and with GPS you can show that the machine was on site. The signed log sheet then drives the contract bill.

Can I hire a machine with an operator?
Yes. Contracts say whether the operator (driver) is supplied and who pays for it, and the operator can use the driver app.
Does it support monthly hire with minimum hours?
Yes, with the contracts & sites add-on; each contract sets its own rate basis and minimums.
Can I track machine maintenance by hours?
Service due can be set by date or by reading, and repairs are kept on work orders or job cards against the machine.
