Delete your FleetLite account
For users of the FleetLite Owner and FleetLite Driver apps and the FleetLite web app, made by TechSlide IT Solutions Pvt Ltd. Ask for deletion online with a one-time code sent to your registered mobile number or email.
Steps
- Open the deletion page with the button on this page, or from Profile (FleetLite Owner) or My account (FleetLite Driver) → “Delete my account”.
- Enter the mobile number or email you sign in with, and the one-time code (OTP) we send to it.
- Choose: delete only your user login (staff and drivers), or, for an owner, close the whole company account.
- Send the request. You get a reference number. We confirm within 7 days and complete it within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your login (mobile number, email, password) and your signed-in devices.
- Your personal details: name, photo, phone numbers, address, licence and ID numbers, bank and UPI details, emergency contact, and your driver documents and photos.
- If an owner closes the company account: all of the company’s data, 30 days after the account is closed.
What is kept, and for how long
- Invoices, GST records, payments, ledgers and other financial records that the company must keep by law are kept by the company for up to 8 years (Indian GST and Income-tax rules).
- Where a record cannot be deleted, your name in it is replaced with “Deleted user” and your contact and ID details are removed.
- Audit logs and the deletion request itself are kept for the same period, as proof and for security.
By email
You can also email support@techslideits.com from your registered email address (or give your registered mobile number) and write “Delete my account”. The same steps and timeline apply.
