Profit and reports
Dashboard and P&L by trip, vehicle, driver, customer and route, with Excel and PDF exports that stay fast for fleets of 2,000+ vehicles.
Smart Capture
Suggested entries from forwarded bank emails, uploaded statements and Android SMS. Nothing is posted until you accept.
Driver and owner apps
FleetLite Driver works offline, with pre-trip checks, voice to text, SOS and trip photos. FleetLite Owner runs on Android and iOS.
Maintenance, tyres and batteries
Service schedules, work orders, tyre fitment and cost per km, battery register, checks and warranty claims, plus the workshop add-on with job cards and parts store.
FASTag, GPS and VAHAN
FASTag statement import and issuer APIs, GPS tracking with geofences and over-speed alerts, VAHAN checks, e-challans and DigiLocker.
GST, AI and verticals
e-invoice and e-way bill, AI insights and bill reading, contracts and sites, school bus, bookings and hour-meter modules, white-label partners.
Languages and countries
English, Tamil and Hindi everywhere, Telugu in the apps, and country packs for Mauritius, Malaysia, Singapore and the UAE.
