What can a driver do in the app?

A driver can do the pre-trip checklist, start a trip with an odometer photo and location, add fuel and expenses with bill photos, end the trip with the odometer and a POD photo or signature, and see past trips. “My account” shows advances, settlements and salary slips. Breakdown or SOS sends location and photos.

• Ask for an advance or leave; the office approves or rejects it.
• Report a vehicle problem with photos.
• Simple scheduled checks (oil, coolant, tyre pressure) when the owner assigns them.
• A monthly driver score from mileage, punctuality, bills and checklists, which never changes pay.

Does the driver app work without internet?

Yes. Every entry is saved on the phone first and sent when the network returns, so a driver in a no-signal stretch can still start a trip or add a fuel bill. Each entry is sent exactly once, even if the driver taps twice, and a failed upload shows the reason on screen.

What does the driver see, and what stays hidden?

The driver sees his vehicle, his trips, his expenses, advances and batta. The owner decides whether freight is shown; when it is off, drivers never see freight or profit. Pre-trip problems can either warn the owner or block the trip until the owner or manager clears it.
