WhatsApp daily summary is an evening message to the owner with the day’s income, expense and profit and anything needing attention, built from the entries recorded in the app that day.
What can drivers send on WhatsApp?
Drivers can send a fuel bill photo and answer the bot’s questions for vehicle and odometer, send “toll 450” with a receipt photo to record an expense, and send “start” or “end” with an odometer photo to update their trip. The bot knows the driver by phone number and their current vehicle.
- Unfinished conversations are forgotten after 30 minutes.
- “help” lists commands; “cancel” stops the current one.
- The same rules apply as in the driver app.
What does the owner get on WhatsApp?
At the time you choose, the owner receives a summary of the day’s income, expense and profit. At any time the owner can ask for profit by vehicle and period, for example today, yesterday, this month or last month, and can approve or reject driver advance requests by reply.
How is WhatsApp connected?
Each company links a WhatsApp number from Settings after giving consent. The platform supports a linked WhatsApp number through a secure gateway and official WhatsApp Business API providers. The connection is set up with you during onboarding, and messages respect opt-out requests.
